I remember sitting down with you guys to chat at a MACNA in the early 2000s over lunch. We discussed what products would be worthwhile into the future. So impressed with what you guys created in Ecotech!

Create the problem, sell the solution. For the cost of these lights they should be coming with both lenses from the get go.

Purchased this pump about two years ago have only had it running for less than a year (11 months) and it randomly went into stall mode one afternoon. I’ve disassembled it, cleaned it, reset it countless times and still it’s stuck in Stall Mode. It starts then stops then starts and stops again for about 15-20 minutes. I’ve tried a new power supply that I received from Ecotech and have used there App but still the same result. $500 for a pump that didn’t even last a year and now I’m running one with the same GPH purchased on Amazon for $90!!

Ecotech makes good products but the longevity of such an expensive product is not acceptable. The product fails and then you are left with having to purchase new equipment. Will you purchase a $500 wave maker again that only lasted a year and a half again? Great idea poor quality. Same with return pump died a year and a half after purchase. Should have 5 year warranty like Sice. Plus customer service went to crap after the first year or so that they came out.

I still the gen 1 Radion lights on a 1000litre tank and ecotech pumps a mixture of quiet drive and the gen before, and all still work, admittedly I’ve had replace the wet side a few times and that’s about it

How do I create a feed mode without changing my light settings

What if the light stays red

What if no lights and not running at all???? Took it apart cleaned everything reassembled pump plug back up and nothing. It just past the two year warranty by a few days . Very frustrating…

Bad quality for this video ! Can you please update it ? We do not see enough the parts of the pump : is there a small piece of rubber between the ceramic rotor and the cage ?

My pump starts to work I see water flow start to generate bubbles then the pump back siphon in the sump and repeats the same process. Pump is not even 6 months old. Did anyone else encounter this problem?
